Return Process

  Log in to your Tilt account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the device in its original box with all included accessories, manuals, and cables to ensure a full refund and prevent transit damage.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
